Piggyback direct thermal labels use a three-layer construction that lets one label be removed and reapplied for logistics, barcode, ticketing, warehouse and tracking workflows. Reding Packaging supplies blank or custom piggyback label rolls in sizes such as 31×12, 37×21, 37×17 and 40×17 mm, with red, blue, black, gray or custom color options.

Material choices include direct thermal paper, coated paper, PP and synthetic label stocks depending on printer compatibility and application surface. Options can include removable top labels, permanent backing labels, roll core planning, perforation and barcode/serial number layout space.

Production & Ordering Notes

MOQ, samples and lead time depend on label size, construction, roll format, color and order quantity. Free artwork/design support is available for layout checking, barcode area planning and print-ready file review. Finished rolls are inspected for die cutting, winding, adhesive performance, release behavior and export packing before shipment.
